RICS Home Survey – Level 2

The Home Survey Level 2 (formerly known as a Homebuyer Report) is an inspection of the property that will provide you with an easy-to-read, comprehensive evaluation of the property’s overall condition and will highlight any defects or concerns that you need to be aware of. The report will help you make a reasoned and informed judgement on whether or not to proceed with the purchase.

RICS Home Survey – Level 3

As with the Home survey Level 2 (Homebuyer Report), the Home survey Level 3 (Building Survey) is produced using the RICS standard template which is designed to be easy to follow. The reports use the RICS standard reporting traffic light system, which enables clients to easily understand areas of the property that need attention.

Snagging Reports

Our snagging reports individually itemise each defect and are also supported with photographs so that the reports can be passed on to developers to rectify any defects raised as part of the warranty. Our objective is to provide our clients confidence and assurance that any major defects within their homes are identified or just to provide some peace of mind so they can go ahead and enjoy their new home without worry!

Defect Diagnosis

Defect diagnosis reports are usually for homeowners that are having isolated problems with the property where the building is failing with issues such as mould, dampness, cracking, leaks and generally sick buildings. We use building pathology techniques to identify the cause of the defect and the appropriate scope of repairs or remediation in order to restore the property back to good order.
